Waiver
My child has my permission to enter the Cinderella Preliminary Pageant.  It's directors, local volunteers, the owner of the property where the pageant is being held and all other organizations and persons connected with this event, are not to be held responsible for any injury or loss of property that may be suffered by taking part in the event or as a result thereof.  In this connection, I hereby waive any claims for damages.  In addition, the Colorado Cinderella Pageant has my permission to display any photos or videos, of me and/or my family, taken at any Cinderella Event. All funds are nonrefundable unless your pageant is cancelled and you are unable to attend another preliminary pageant. Any unsportsmanlike conduct before, during, and/or after the pageant will be cause for dismisal from the Cinderella program.
